How to Book: Adult Groups
Advance booking is essential for all group visits, even for self-conducted visits.
To avoid disappointment we recommend booking as far ahead as you can. We usually need at least two months notice to organize a guided tour for your group.
To book:
- Complete an online enquiry form. Please note that completing this form is not a booking. We will reply to your enquiry and confirm a booking within 3 working days.
- Phone 01865 278015. We receive a high volume of phone calls, so you may need to leave a message and we will reply as soon as possible.
We will send a letter to confirm your booking. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if you cancel less than 14 days before your visit or if you fail to turn up on the day.
Many of our sessions are FREE, but if your organization can afford it a voluntary donation will help us continue to deliver our education programmes.
To make a voluntary donation:
- Visit the Ashmolean Education Department on-line store.
- Bring a cheque or cash on the day of your visit. Cheques should be made payable to the Ashmolean Museum.
