PAINTERS IN THEIR PLACES: CORNWALL
With Alice Foster, Art Historian
Cornwall is associated with a special quality of light which has attracted artists since the 19th century. The railway allowed easier travel, and in the late 19th century and early 20th century two distinct schools of art emerged: Newlyn and St Ives. Discover the characteristics of these two schools of art over two talks.
The event will take place online on Zoom and link to join the event will be shared in advance by email.
Booking is essential and tickets are £14 for both talks, inclusive.
