Hidden Histories: the story of Walatta Petros, Saint and Sinner

Walatta Petros was a 17th century Lesbian nun—and later a saint—in the Ethiopian Orthodox church. This talk will tell her story and uncover the hidden lives of other queer women from the 17th to the 20th century.
