Our new purpose built Education Centre with its designated entrance for schools, education studio and lunch room has proved enormously successful for school visits. We also offer the opportunity to work with creative, supportive and knowledgeable Ashmolean education staff.

Our offer for secondary and post-16 groups:

  • Pre-visit planning sessions for teachers inc exhibition previews
  • Training days and planning meetings at the Ashmolean
  • Self guided visits
  • Taught Key Stage 3 and 4 sessions

  • Sketchbook introductions to a theme for Art & Design groups
  • Bespoke workshops for GCSE, AS and A Level Art & Design
