Weddings
The Ashmolean Museum is the ideal location in which to hold your wedding. It is the only museum in Oxford to be granted a wedding license by the Oxford Registrar, we can accommodate both the ceremony and reception, carefully tailoring the event to suit your requirements.
The civil ceremony license is for marriages and other civil ceremonies.
Corporate Events and Private Parties

From conferences to drinks receptions and gala dinners, the Ashmolean Museum is a unique venue in which to host corporate events.
Private tours of our world-class collections can be arranged.
The Ashmolean can accommodate a range of parties to suit any occasion for up to 200 people and benefits from a full premises license permitting entertainment.
