Situated on the top floor of the museum with its own private rooftop terrace, the Director’s Boardroom is a versatile sunlit space that is available for meetings as well as lunches and dinners. This room is Wi-Fi enabled, equipped with a 42" plasma screen and can accommodate up to 16 or 18 guests depending on your set-up requirements.
In the evening, our restaurant team can transform the space into an intimate and elegant private dining room. Enjoy a pre-dinner drink on the terrace, or arrange for your guests an expert guided tour of the Ashmolean’s permanent collections or special exhibitions.

Evening and Weekend hire: The Director’s Boardroom is available to all for formal/informal lunches, dinners, drinks receptions, social events and meetings.
