With Sandra Orme, pastel artist

Spend two days with award winning pastel artist Sandra Orme exploring using pastels to create dramatic spring weather skies, evoking the contrast of sunshine and showers.

You will use layers of pastel on specialist paper to develop land and seascapes and learn how to control light and dark, realistic three dimensional clouds, and cloudburst effects.

You will learn how to mix complex and contrasting colours, along with building layers to using mark making to evoke texture, shape and form.
