ARTFUL ENCOUNTERS CARD GAME

Ask for the Artful Encounters card game sheet at the Welcome desk to play with your family, friends or staff members. Tear off the individual cards to make a pack, then find the objects on the cards to guess the highest numbers against your competitor's cards. Free

COLLECT STICKERS

Use the stickers with your trails to help find artworks and objects in the galleries as you go on adventures through the galleries. Free

Our free gallery trail leaflets for families are available to pick up at the Museum, or download before you visit. Full of amazing exhibits to find, with related activities and talking points, they'll keep children fascinated and engaged. For ages 5+.

Please note this summer 2026, four galleries on our Level 3 Mezzanine are closed for essential work, Pre-Raphaelites, Pissarro, Sickert and 19th-Century Art. You can still see Turner's High Street painting and Millais's portrait of John Ruskin now moved to Gallery 44.
