In this tour Dr Leoni guides you through the Images of Authority: Portraits between Iran and Europe exhibition in Gallery 29 on the first floor.

Building on the recent restoration of two late 18th-century Persian paintings, this exhibition explores the role of portraiture in Iran at the eve of modernity and compares it with European traditions.
