Explore the history of hand-spinning and advance your skills in a relaxed, supportive environment
In this full day workshop, course attendees will have the opportunity to try a variety of fibres, use an in-hand distaff, learn different plying methods, and start small projects for hand-spun yarn, such as card weaving.
Some experience of using a drop spindle is recommended. All materials will be provided.
